+ Community → building the culture, inside language, tribal identity around fibo.fun
+ Partnerships → identifying and closing ecosystem relationships that drive actual users (not just logos on a website)
+ Content → not writing essays, writing things that convert
Who you are →
+ Active on Farcaster → you post, you engage, you know the culture
+ Hold ETH, use Base, understand what a degen actually wants
+ Have grown something before → a community, a project, a channel. Doesn't have to be big. Has to be real.
+ Know the difference between vanity metrics and actual user growth
+ Base or Farcaster ecosystem experience is a strong plus
